CHOCOLATE MUFFIN

Tapi dia tak naik tinggi sangat laa...
Huhhhh.... penatnye... semalam satu ari bz kat umah... my family buat kenduri tahlil & doa selamat, penat betul... sebenarnye penat dari hari sabtu lagik... bakar kek, buat cheese tart & tolong2 makcik ape2 yg patut... kelakar betul la... tak tau la nape ari sabtu tu buat benda serba tak jadik... eryne bakar kek, tapi kek berkawah... buat cheese tart, lupe nak boh telur dalam pastry... makcik eryne buat karipap sardin, lupe nak buang air sardinnye... ish.... serba tak kene la sumenye... kebetulan pulak ari sabtu tu gak ade jiran depan umah ade kematian... alahai... ade kene mengena ke???
hmmm... anyway... menu yg makcik2 eryne gotong royong masak utk kenduri... soto (beehoon & nasi impit) & karipap sardin... menu yg makcik2 lain bawakkan dari rumah... kuih kaswi, buah melaka & karipap kentang... menu yg eryne buat sendiri... puding roti & vanilla sauce & kek orange coklat chunk.... the pics will be update tomorrow i guess..
and for today... i want to share something that i baked last week... dapat dari MamaFami punye FP (sorry la ma.... eryne copy paste jer dr mama punye fp, tak larat nak menaip la )... lupe pulak... thanks mama for sharing the recipe with us... so, here it goes...




CHOCOLATE MUFFIN
Ingredients :

2 eggs
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 cup (130 g) all-purpose flour (I added 4 tablespoons more)
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (I reduced to only 2 tablespoons)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2/3 cup (160 ml) milk
2/3 cup (160 g) butter - melted
4 oz (120 g) semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
White chocolate rice ~ to sprinkle

Method :

1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F (Gas mark 4 or 180 deg C).
2. Grease 6 large muffin tins or cups (paper muffin bake cups are recommended).
3. Beat the eggs with sugar, mix with flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla and milk.
4. Fold in the melted butter. Fold as gently,quickly and as even as possible. TIPS: In order to make great fluffy muffins, DON'T OVERMIX your dry ingredients and your wet ingredients. After both are mixed, the batter should be lumpy and NOT RUNNY

5. Add chocolate chips (please note that these might end up in the bottom of the muffin).
6. Bake at 350 degrees until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 30 minutes.

The Chocolate Muffins may be served hot or at room temperature.


The results.... mmmm sedap..... everybody in the house love it... except for my mother & father.. they are not chocoholic... for me... lebih sedap makan mase baru kuar dari oven... suam2 gitu... pastu serve dgn hot tea... fuhhh.. memang terangkat...

p/s : I can see that you still have difficulties nak letak gambar besar ye. Ok, cam ni..let say Eryne nak besarkan gambar 'solo' tu, Eryne copy this and place kat mana Eryne nak gambar tu keluar ya... [img]http://2.srv.fotopages.com/2/15693365/Solo.jpg[/img] Cara mama dapat url gambar besar tu ialah double click kat gambar Solo yang kecil, dan akan keluar kat another window, gambar yang besar. Then you take the URL. Ma bagi contoh ni, for you to compare ye....all the best!

Since fp stuck lagi, so mama jawab pertanyaan Eryne di sini je la ye. Mama ada bread machine, tapi dia dok 'berehat' lagi dalam kotak. Tak buka-buka lagi sampai sekarang! Mama buat roti semuanya uli guna mixer Cornell mama tu je. Fri 24-Aug-2007 10:48

anak rs, better diincludekan skali anggaran kuantiti utk brapa org makan...jadi buley tau sukatan ni utk byk mana..untuk brapa hidangan...kan? Sun 15-Mar-2009 05:00
