Brownies

 
 
 
This is the brownies that i made for our pot luck yesterday... Actually eryne dah penah buat 2 version brownie nie... satu yg choeyy goeyy brownie and satu lagi yg cam ni la... for me, I prefer this one, rasenye lebih sedap... kalu yg lagi choeyy goeyy tu cam muak sgt... makan sikit pun dah rase muak... resepi cam biase la, eryne dapat dari Maklang & maklang telah memfofulerkan resepi dari diella.. thanx to both of you sebab share resepi brownie yg senang banget nak membuatnye... siap dah dapat tempahan lagik tau... topping dia pun eryne gune resepi dr FP Maklang gak... so, nie ler resepi asalnye... psstt... maklang, sorry ek, eryne copy paste aje... maleh nak naip semule...

Ingredients:
250gm butter
1 1/2 cup of sugar
4 eggs
2 tsps of vanilla essence
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of plain flour
3/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of chopped nuts - eryne gune almond nut

Method:
1) Melt butter over slow fire, turn off the fire and add sugar. Mix with whisk.
2) Add in the eggs and vanilla, continue whisking.
3) Add in flour together with baking powder and cocoa and mix well.
4) Add in nuts ( you can also add in chocolate chips into the batter or sprinkle sliced almonds on top of the batter before baking )
5) Pour into a lined tray ( 12" x10") and bake in a preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes at 180degrees celcius.

Note:
Eryne gune tray 12" x 12" tapi adunan nie sikit sgt tak dapat cover sume tray tu, so eryne godak lagi 1/2 adunan and campur sekali dlm tray... itupun still takleh dapat same rate kat dlm tray... so, better kalu buat dua adunan utk tray 12" x 12"...

Bahan:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup susu cair
½ cup coco powder
½ cup corn flour
2 egg yolk
Secubit garam
¼ cup marjerin

Cara:
Kacau semua bahan hingga pekat dalam periuk, lastly letak marjerin ¼ cup. - mase nie kene selalu kacau, kalu tak nanti dia jadik berkerak...

Nota:
Kata cikgu sue dia tak letak pun egg yolk…kalau nak choc.fudge yang kental, guna susu cair sepenuhnya - eryne pun tak letak egg yolk, and eryne gune full condensed milk.. toppingnye memang jd kental & pekat...
